Custom Products Refund Policy**
At CREECS Apparel Store, we take great pride in offering high-quality, custom-made products that reflect our commitment to environmental education and sustainability. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure that you are pleased with your purchase. However, due to the personalized nature of custom products, we have specific guidelines for refunds and returns.
Refund Eligibility
Defective or Damaged Items: If your custom product arrives defective or damaged, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with details and photographs of the defect or damage.
Errors in Customization: If there is an error in the customization that is our fault, we will correct it by either replacing the item or issuing a refund. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide details of the error.
Non-Refundable Conditions
Customer Errors: Custom products that contain errors made by the customer, such as incorrect sizes, colors, or personalization details, are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Please carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase.
Change of Mind: Custom products cannot be returned or refunded due to a change of mind. Once an order is placed, it is final and cannot be modified or canceled.
